Blow

This song is about devotion that slowly turns into erasure. About learning to dance alone because someone else keeps interrupting the rhythm. It’s not a song about escape. It’s a song about noticing the match before it’s already burning.

The Wallgirl

One of the first songs I ever wrote. It's about a girl, who lives on a shelf and often is misinterpreted, because she uses words the way she understands them. Watching everything from the edges - hoping that one day someone would notice the girl in the shadows. She’s shy, young and hopeful, and I just found her in a box in the basement. Recorded in 1999 in Backyard Studiet in Aarhus, now finally back where she can breathe again. The Wallgirl 🌒

Burn Down the Mes

A choir of every mask I ever wore, laughing, screaming, chanting, burning. There is power in every version I’ve ever been. This is the sound of all of them, singing at once. I set the whole gallery of selves on fire. Let the one who made them rise from the ashes.
